Minors under 18 years old; students who, for study purposes, are interested in the topics dealt in the Museum; group leaders and teachers accompanying schoolchildren; disabled visitors, a relative/family member or another helper, who demonstrates his membership of social-health care services; students of all universities, academies of fine arts; directors and curators of Italian and foreign museums; Professionals in the field of Cultural Heritage and Activities (Ministry and Superintendencies); Journalists enrolled in the “albo”; Tourist guides regularly qualified for the exercise of the profession; police; ICOM members.

Payment 
Directly at the museum ticket office.
The entrance to the Museum is allowed until 30 minutes before closing.

Opening times and rates may be subject to change.

Before accessing the exhibition spaces, Archives, Library and Workshop, bags and bulky personal belongings can be left in metallic lockers provided with locks.

Free service

The location is completely accessible through elevators and stairlifts, which allow you to walk through the inside staircase on the first floor. The stairlift is led by the floor guard personnel.

The museum set-up has been designed using the font Bianconero, a highly readable font specifically designed for dyslexics.

Pets entrance
As the museum services card states, pet entrance is allowed.

Guided paths for blind and visually impaired people are provided.
The museum offers the opportunity to approach the ideas presented in the museum by manipulating objects and textile artefacts, followed by verbal explanation of the guide.

Children
For children there is a special space with changing table and nursing areas, specially equipped.
Buggies, during the visit, can be left in a special guarded space.
